We have traditionally gone for Mexican food for birthday celebrations. El Charro was often the choice! When my kids were little we celebrated my birthday at the OV location. The waiter brought out a big sombrero for me to wear while the staff sang to me. It was the highlight of my kids day (life! –at the time) and they talked about it forever! They thought it was the coolest! My daughter called El Charro the big hat restaurant for many years!
