In 1989 ,my husband brought Wolfgang Puck to dinner at El Charro with a group of business men. Mr. Puck insisted on ordering most items on the menu. Although they must have stood out among the patrons that evening, they received the same service as everyone else. At a later visit, Carlotta made a point of thanking my husband for bringing Wolfgang to her restaurant. He loved it!
