Several years ago on Valentine’s Day, my son invited me to dinner to celebrate even though he was working that evening. He seated me at a special table to watch over me, bought me a fabulous dinner and dessert, and during his very few breaks he stopped and sat with me, giving me all the love he could offer at the moment. Si Charro is his family, working for Carlotta and the whole team. His life revolves around his dedication to his work. He is a long-time employee and I am so proud of him for committing his career to contributing to this iconic family business. I know the support offered to him during his years of employment mean the world to him. My son is Steven Robles…. everyone calls him “Robles”.
