Back in the 1950’s our family would travel from Mammoth, Az to Tucson. We would attend the Fiesta de los Vaqueros and then head to Congress St to eat at El Charro. We remember Monica working in the restaurant and we would eat those great tacos, topped with peas and radishes! It was a large wooden room with all the calendars on the wall. Wonderful memories, wonderful food.
