Whenever we think of El Charro Cafe, we immediately think of the Ventana location and our first visit there. The servers all acted like dancers in a very complex musical. When a server saw a table without ice water or without chips and salsa, someone (not always our server) would be there to help their colleague. They obviously liked each other and worked together in synchronicity so the diners were taken care of and their fellow servers weren’t stressed because their colleagues/friends helped out. The management of Ventana’s El Charro hired the right combination of people and choreographed the dining experience perfectly, and the Mexican food is the best in Tucson.
